Trade dwindles as investors await results
取引量は投資家が決算を待っているので減少している
HA NOI – Transaction was modest yesterday as investors seemed to await more news of companies’ business results as well as economic developments.
ハノイ発：少な目だったきのうの取引量は、経済の発展と同様、企業の決算でよりよいニュースがでることを投資家が待っていることを思わせた。
Listed firms and securities companies were to submit their second quarter financial reports yesterday at the latest, as required by the Ministry of Finance. But the HCM City Stock Exchange reported only 50 or so films having presented reports.
財務省の要請で、上場企業や株式会社は、遅くともきのう、第２四半期の決算を提出することになっていた。しかし、ホーチミン市の証券取引所では、たったの50社しか提出がなかった。それで、ほとんどの上場企業は提出すべき決算を持ったままでいる。
Trading volume yesterday fell to 9.16 million shares, compared to 22.94 million on Thursday, for a turnover of VND 342.76 billion (US$20.77 million). The benchmark VN-Index closed at 429.46 after slipping 6.33 points or 1.45 percent on the day.
きのうの出来高は、木曜日の2296万株と比べて、916万株と落ち込んだ。そして、売買代金は3427億6000万ドン（2077万ドル）と落ち込んだ。指標であるVN指数は6.33ポイント（1.45％）下落し、429.46で引けた。
The Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre also saw trading volume fall 60 percent to 4.75 million shares for a total value VND 187.65 billion ($11.37 million), as sales continued to far exceed purchases in almost all codes.
ハノイ証券取引所もまた、ほとんどの銘柄で大きな売り越しがあり、出来高は60％の落ち込みで475万株、売買代金は1876億5000万ドン（1137万ドル）だった。
Kinh Bac Urban Development Corp (KBC) was the only gainer among ten codes having the largest capitalisation values of the northern market. The share hitting the ceiling helped the HASTEC-Index narrow its fall to 0.35 percent to end at 140.85.
キンバック都市開発はハノイ市場の大資本を持つ10の企業のなかで唯一の上昇銘柄だった。そのストップ高は、140.85で引けたHASTEC指数の下落を0.35％という小幅に抑えた。
“Positive business results have been announced, but I’m waiting for more reports to have a clearer outlook on the general situation,” said Nguyen Thanh Hai with ACB Securities.

Some firms have released good results over the week, including Hoa Phat Group (HPG), Techno-Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Co (TSC), Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Co (BMC) and Saigon Fuel Co (SFC).
いくつかの上場企業はこれまでによい決算を発表した。それらは、ホアファット・グループ、カントー農業技術資材、ビンディン鉱山、そして、サイゴン燃料などだ。
“Investors are still divided, as there have been conflicting opinions about the prospect of the economy and market trends,” Hai explained adding, “I need to consider further before committing to investment decisions.”

At an on-line conference held by Dau tu Chung khoan (Securities Investment) Newspaper on Thursday, director of Dai Viet Securities Lam Minh Chanh predicted the VN-Index would reach around 500-600 points by the end of the year, while general director of Trang An Securities Le Ho Khoi expects the index to stand at 350 points.

On the southern market , Phu My Fertilisers (DPM), Saigon Securities Inc (SSI) and Sacombank (STB) were the most active shares yesterday with around 1.24 million units each traded.

Foreign investors were net buyers with 2.7 million shares bought and about 660,000 units sold. SSI was bought the most by overseas clients at 1.14 million units, or 42.3 percent of total foreign purchases.
270万株を買い、66万株を売った外国人投資家は、主力の買い手だった。特にサイゴン証券は、114万株と、外国人投資家の買いの42.3％を占め、もっとも買われた銘柄となった。
In Ha Noi, Bao Viet Securities (BVS) continued to hit rock bottom, after announcing a loss of more than VND 300 billion ($18.2 million) in the second quarter. However, put through volume for the share was significant, with 183,000 shares changing hands by foreign investors. –VNS
